  • This was my second time here and my LAST! The customer service was absolutely horrible! I felt very unwelcomed not even a "hi how are you" awkward silence the whole time and I got home and have been balling my eyes out because my hair is ruined! I asked to get a couple inches off and long layers but it looks ridiculous like a 5 year old cut my hair! It's so uneven and disgusting looking. I am beside myself at the lack of customer service that was provided and how I paid almost $16 plus $5 tip for something a 5 year old could do. That's what I get for trying to get a cheap haircut though. Next time I'll splurge the extra $20 and actually get someone whose qualified. This place disgusts me!!
