  • Been with Dish Network for 12 years, decided to switch cause I was already paying for Orbitel in my association fee and found I can save 100 bucks a month. They came out last Thursday, set .e up with HAD packahe, DVR and internet service, so all was good for one day, Friday night I had no service on all my TVs upstairs and half service downstairs, I called the local office Saturday morning, she literally told me I was out of luck and had to wait until Monday for a service tech to come to my house. Very dissatisfied with that kind of service. Also when they came out they didn't have a signal booster with then to complete or ad the last TV. So they have to come back out next week for that too.
