  • This place is also known as "Sam's Magic Touch Cleaners" They had 2 different company names on the receipt. Wow! I am shocked at how poor the customer service is at this place. I dropped off 3 shirts to be cleaned. The woman at the counter said to pay when I pick up and that it would be $10. I thought the price was a little steep considering I usually pay $1.75/item at the cleaner a couple blocks away. So, I go and pick it up and she says she will not accept my competitor coupon (when there is a HUGE sign that says they accept them). Ok, so she won't take the coupon, no big deal. I take out my cash and she says "that will be $17" $17!!!!! For 3 items. I said "you told me 2 days ago that it would be $10" and she said "yeah, the owner decided to charge more" WHAT???? I said "I would have liked to have received a call that you were charging almost double because I would not have had you clean them" She just looked at me. I paid and left without a "thank you" or an "I'm sorry". NEVER AGAIN will I go to this cleaner.
