I bought a couch at the Peoria location nearly 2 weeks ago, I was told the day I bought the couch that they will be ready to be delivered in a week. so a week goes by and the day they said I should be expecting my furniture I called the facility to ask what is going on with my couch and they told be that it was going to be 2 more days til my couch comes in. after waiting 3 days and never hearing a thing back from them I called again and they told me that it will be another 2 days!!! so here we are almost 2 weeks after I ordered them and a week after I was promised they'd be delivered they tell me that my couch has arrived so I called the delivery company to go pick them up and I get a call from the delivery company that my couch isn't at the location, so at this point I'm mad and I call goodwill again and they tell me that they are there but someone mislabeled it and now I wont have it delivered til tomorrow!!!!! Not only have they wasted my time and money, but they have also wasted the delivery company's time and resources. I will NEVER buy anything from this location again, sadly this was also my first experience with this store and will also be my last.
*UPDATE* I finally got my couch today, and the store paid for half of my delivery charge. I still will not shop there again.
