  • I found Jessica, She was really friendly and was excited to find me a new salon. But she had her assistant do most of the job. While she was blowdrying she was grabbing my hair with the brush and I see a chunk stuck in the wood part of the brush. I told her it hurts and she was seriously trying to rip the hair off the brush. it was painful but I didn't say anything I didn't want to be mean. But it should have been stated that she won't be doing the work. Then I go home and I see that my jacket has a BIG BLEACH STAIN from the chair. I texted Jessica and all I got was a " Im so sorry I have no idea how it got there" but it shouldn't happen. I left my house to go to the salon with a perfectly fine jacket and went straight home after so it was from the salon. SO SO DISAPPOINTED and angry about it"
