Summary: Solid wash, mostly touch less and effective while causing minimal swirl in clear coat. These guys work hard.
May 2017 update: As a general observation, all drive-through type car washes (automatic or touch less) will damage the clear coat on your car. If you're like me trying to maintain a perfect paint job, without introducing micro-scratches to the clear coat, use the 2-bucket method at home.
Process: The wash occurs in several stages. First, large jets spray water on the car. Next, crews of 4-6 rapidly wipe the car down as it's moving through the wash tunnel. Then, another cleaning/wax spray is applied via touchless jets. Lastly, your car is fully dried (wiped down until it is almost completely dry and hit with hot air jets). This works well, except the wash and dry towels appeared to be cotton and not perfectly clean, undoubtably introducing micro-scratches in the clear coat.
Would visit again. Props for recycling the water!
