  • 2 stars for being able to get someone on the phone. The rest is history. These people don't care that you have a schedule to keep as well. The lady that answered the phone sounded like she was in the mafia, threatening to not come to my home to fix the air conditioning. Although I told her not to send her tech since he was already late, he showed up and disabled my upstairs unit. Didn't tell my family what he was up to and left. This is the type of people we need to take business away from. Would definitely not recommend. UPDATE: After speaking to my girlfriend who was present when the tech was looking at our AC unit, I lowered by review to 1 star. He stated that he had a side business and that he could save us a lot of money if we had repairs done by him with his side business. He also behaved very unprofessionally.
