One star for the nice lady who helped me yesterday, but zero stars for losing a package that has $800 worth of value in it. My cousin shipped out festival tickets to me using 2-day priority w/ signature service and I never received it. Tracking says that it was out for delivery on Wednesday, which was when I was supposed to receive it. It is now Sunday and I haven't gotten anything. The lady told me that they might have done a stop-post or whatever it's called and that I'll have to pay extra for the weight. Why the heck would I have to pay extra when we already paid $20 AND it was already out for delivery? If anything, they should refund us shipping costs because we paid for TWO DAY DELIVERY, not standard. Something seems so sketchy. My festival is next weekend and we still haven't gotten an update. I have never have had any issues like this, but for my first time, it's bad.
