  • There are a lot of options in Surprise for brakes, but will only recommend Brakes Plus - Surprise. Roger took me out to the bay, let me physically touch the rotors, broke down my charges, explained why each line item was needed and what it meant, and went out of his way to find coupons for me to use to help me out. I didn't feel intimidated, didn't feel pressured, and didn't feel overcharged. I overheard Roger with a few other customers and he was amazing with every single one of them. This is now the only place I will ever bring my cars. My only regret is not coming here sooner.
