I brought my two kids, 6 & 9, to jump street on Bell Rd. This was our first time there and the kids were having fun jumping but were getting hot and out of breath. They wanted to go down the big balloon slide so we walked back there. As they were going up the steps, a guy blow a whistle at my 9-year-old girl and told her to get off. She was startled and embarrassed not knowing why he singled her out like that. He said that whole back area that, included that big slide, was for 7 and under. There was no sign stating this other than a very small one on the window to the trampoline area for the smaller kids. Since it was on the window to that area, it appeared to be for it only. I spoke to a manager about the way she was ushered off the slide that made her cry. She is a girl so being hit in the face with a dodge ball didn't interest her nor did bull riding or basketball. This left only the trampoline area for $15. The manager, a young girl, told me she could give me a refund and we could leave. I felt that if the whole back area is off limits to her, her ticket should be less. Again she told me she could give us a refund and leave then she walked away into the vack area and didn't come back out.
