  • I treat myself to dbar from time to time for Monday's charcuterie night, and while the price point can be quite high for their regular items, $40 for a selection of meats and cheeses with a glass of wine is fairly reasonable for a more upscale restaurant. I've had their dinner menu items before, and while they were generally good, I still think the highlight is their charcuterie. For the charcuterie special, the server brings you a fairly extensive list of meats and cheeses that you can select from. They give you enough of a portion to satisfy a small appetite, but admittedly the portions are not large enough to warrant a full meal - unless you stuff yourself with the olives and bread they give you on the side. By the way, the olives here are pretty damn good. They offer a wine pairing of their choice with your meat and cheese board, and their pours are fairly generous. I'm not much of a wine connoisseur but I've been happy with their wine pairings so far. I've also had a number of their cocktails, and while the price point is quite steep ~$15, it's what I would expect for a restaurant attached to the Four Seasons. I would also highly recommend their mini croque-monsieurs. If I could afford to I could eat a hundred of those things. There's also a nice vibe for a Monday night, with a live DJ who spins some pretty chill beats. The restaurant isn't ever really that crowded on a Monday to give it that party vibe, but it's an excellent place to wind down to give yourself the boost you need to make it through the rest of the week.
