  • This review is based on their keno lounge. Steer clear of this place to gamble. Not fun at all and bad service. In order to get a free drink you have to use stupid pieces of paper as a voucher when the person sitting at the slot machine right next to you freely gets them from the cocktail waitress. Took 25 minutes from the time I order until I had drink. They took crazy long times to start each new Keno game. Not fun at all. In an hour and 15 minutes they ran through 7 games and I got one drink. Had 2 others with me we hated it so much we all threw the rest of our Keno tickets in the trash and left and went to another casino that treats Keno players correctly. Guess that's what they want, sell Keno tickets piss off customers with drink service so they leave and don't know if they win their tickets. Many other Keno lounges that treat players better, go there and you can actually get served without using goofy vouchers for a at cost forty cent drink. Then you aren't crazy thirsty in the desert 115 degree heat. Shame on you Gold Coast. Lost 3 customers so you could save a few cents.
