Kenzo Ramen, in the neighbourhood, has been a diet mainstay for a couple of years now. I have probably eaten here 10 or more times, and it's a go-to on a rainy day.
It can get pretty busy and the tables are in close quarters--basically ambience-free, Kenzo is pretty much just about the noodles. And they're good! I usually get the Tonkotsu or King of Kings, both of which fill the ramen void within. The broth is really good, the slices of pork are tender and moist, and you'll leave stuffed.
The service is often sporadic and rushed, but I'm paying $7 for dinner and the food always comes out fast. It's a great fix if you're in the neighbourhood; if you're specifically seeking out excellent ramen or want great service, there are definitely better places to do that.
