  • I first moved to the Village in December of 2013 when it was under different management. The management at the time was not the best and I had issues from the very start. I felt like they didn't care about me as a person, or my needs and comfort. I was not impressed with the former management. The new Management came in around July of 2014 and I could not be happier with her wonderful people skills. Jennifer is truly a down to earth person who genuinely cares about the overall wellness of the apartment community. She is excellent, she is fair, she is honest, she is charming, she is easy to talk to and is willing to do whatever she can within her power to make your stay wonderful and comfortable. I am very impressed by everything that she has done for me and my family. I am sad that I may no longer be able to live in the complex because of the price, but that is not within her control. I would recomend this place to anyone who can afford it and is looking for somewhere in the heart of Surprise. Jennifer is awesome, and I feel grateful to have met her and been able to get to know her a little bit. She is a realistic down to earth person who has compassion.
