rev:text	Wow, looks like this place needs some street cred on Yelp. Tom James isn't your typical Jos A Bank or Men's Warehouse. Just know that from the start. It's a custom clothing company with a focus on customer service and quality, but with all things in life you get what you pay for. I can't sit here and say that I've had everyone measure me up, but I thought Joe, the tailor that fitted me for my suit, did a stand up job. I was measured places I had never once considered; it wasn't your typical arms, shoulders, wrist, legs BS. He came to my house and fitted me right in my living room while having a beer, which I provided of course.... It was a special occasion!! I was getting married and I didn't want to cut any corners in the GQ department. My suit was ready for an initial fitting after a few weeks and I stopped by their office to see how it fit. The building was clean and modern, just what I would expect. Walked in, accepted a well appreciated water and coffee and got down to business. I had to have some small adjustments to "take it in" a bit and the pants hemmed a tad, but it fit great otherwise. The adjustments were made and I picked it up at the office shortly there after. I even ended up grabbing a pair of sick cuff links when I was in the back room chatting with him, while he was ironing everything out of course (got a nice shirt as well). Impulse buys get the best of us sometimes and I've accepted that. This definitely wasn't the cheapest option, but I've never experienced a better customer experience, fitting, or quality suit in my life. ***** stars.
