  • My boyfriend and I stayed Monday July 18-Tuesday July 19th we booked through hotels.com and got a real good rate on a balcony deluxe suite which ended up being on the 21st floor in tower 3 . We loved that the bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi tub and had his and her sinks with a small TV near the sink area. That was a nice touch but we were disappointed that the shower did not come with a better shower head like a rainfall . The water temperature and pressure was awful . Couldn't understand why the water was luke warm in the shower but really hot in the tub . Also I had to all housekeeping twice for extra towels and for cups, plates, and utensils. Didn't make sense that they didn't have the room fully stocked upon arrival. The bed and balcony was probably the best feature of the room and having a kitchen also . The pool area was nice we ended up going to tower 2 for the pool which didn't close until 10PM.
