  • So there comes a point in someone's life when his girlfriend who lives in Tempe calls him to complain about her air conditioning going out at the place she just bought six months ago and how helpless you feel sitting on the beach back in Los Angeles. In my defense, even if I was in Tempe at the time I would have no idea what I would be doing. I am about as useful as a gorilla with a hammer given a broken air conditioning unit. I did some research locally and called Goetti and got a chance to speak with Amanda. I explained to her our situation and the fact an irate woman might be on property when they arrived but to please deal and help make it happen for us quickly. My lady called when the tech arrived, who arrived about 10 minutes earlier than when they told us over the phone and figured out our issue in practically no time at all. The price was pretty hefty but reasonable for the work we needed done after I google searched average rates for that kind of service to a unit. They had everything together pretty fast and returned to complete and fix our installation. All and all the a/c unit was down in the house for less than 3 straight days and with this March 85+ weather it was a huge deal they got the work done so quickly.
