We have had a contract with Bill's for several years now. They have returned several times for recurrence of termites. I had hoped the original treatment would have taken care of the issue for longer to be honest. However my main issue is that they do not respond quickly enough when a problem is reported. I called today and was told they are booking three weeks out. It seems the only people getting fast service are the first timers and those with a contract are being left to wait as Bill's have already been paid at the start of the contract.
