  • Let me say if I could give this place zero stars I would! I called down stairs to ask a questions and got treated rudely from the front desk I asked her name and she said it was Antionette I was trying to tell her what I was asking for and she got angrily excited and started yelling at me I told her I could barely hear her and I'll be right down to talk to her and when i got there she was already in "fight or flight mode" she started yelling at me and said she can have me escorted off the premises (for asking a questing and clarification as to why she was upset) are you kidding me? After all was said and done house keeping came up in a rude rush and was like I don't know what happened but you got to make sure you figure your stuff out. First off housekeeping had no reason to even be involved in the conversation between me and the front desk! Second I will never stay here again if they provide this awful service. It's amazing how they are even still in business, let me say save money drive a little ways in there are nicer hotels to stay at then here! Not to mention as I was walking down stairs to my car I was walking behind a group of people and she (Antionette) was sitting up front at the check in counter bad mouthing me to the housekeeping lady who came up. What type of business do these people run here? I will be calling home office tomorrow about this issue, if you do plan to stay here beware of the crazy lady who says she's a "manager".
