  • First off a million stars to Dr. Kevin Garth(Anesthesia provider) and Dr. Sulabh Shroff(Dentist provider). I had met with Dr. Shroff at Anthem Pediatric Dentistry and we had previously discussed my daughters treatment and surgery. When we met here at Flamingo Surgery Center he took the time out of his day to discuss everything with me again and make sure he had answered all of my questions. All of the nurses were so patient and kind. Thank you! Dr. Garth came in next with a full description of what was expected and the risks. I was in tears before he started as this was a first for my family. I was so nervous for my daughter and Dr Garth was so confident and knowledgeable that I forgot why I was scared in the first place. Both of the providers were caring and very kind professionals. If I could zero stars for the front office. As nervous as I was I did not get a smile or welcoming. Just a sign in, shut up, and we will get to you whenever we want, kind of attitude. It was 5:30 am, but they shouldn't open so early if they truly don't want to be there. Very unpleasant. Had I not been waiting almost a month for the surgery date, I would have walked out and found another place. Overall surgery went well, my daughter recovered from surgery as expected. She did not have any complications. Thank you again to the amazing team!!
