  • The WORST service ever. Walked in to pick up my glasses that were beyond LATE. It was only supposed to take a week. I've been going to this stupid place for 6 years. The service is awful as of late with that new peroxide bleach blonde lady for a sales associate. Didn't acknowledge myself or my friend when we walked in. Didn't even say she'd be with us nothing. The dumb doctors office people are useless and can't simply hand me my glasses that are paid for that didn't need to be signed for. Try acknowledging people who simply want to pick up their item. Learn how to multi-client service and maybe look at someone when you speak to them instead of having your back turned towards them. It's beyond disrespectful. Mocking clients also isn't okay. So if you want respect you need to treat people with it. The second you ignore your clients and take your sweet time, expect a scene and someone to be upset. I have NO PROBLEM letting you know how upset I am. I would gladly do it again if anyone spoke to me with an attitude after blatantly ignoring me and my friend for 10 minutes in their store. Especially after I already paid $300 for my glasses that are over a week late.
