I went here after my insurance changed for a cleaning and was pressured into removing my wisdom teeth. My dentist assured me that the procedure would be simple as they weren't grown in fully and rooted. They told me he would call in a prescription for me to take the morning of and would not have to put me under. They would only use local anesthesia due to the simple nature of my procedure. When I went to pick up my prescription it had never been called in. They ended up scrambling to get it to the pharmacy an hour before my procedure. When my doctor began it became evident that this was not the simple procedure that I believed it was. The procedure was extensive, lengthy, and extremely painful. The number of shots I was given alone was enough to make me never want to see a dentist chair again. Then there was much difficulty removing the teeth. I was so scared by procedure I closed my eyes and cried the entire time. The dentist noticed this and decided to make fun of the faces I was making. After it was finally over the doctor left and while I was still unaware of my surroundings and a technician went over some post op rules. I did not even notice at the time that he had never given an emergency phone number, As this practice does not even offer that as I unfortunately found out. I went home in severe pain and had a negative reaction to the prescription he gave me for pain. When I went to call in and tell them how much pain I was in and desperately needed help the office was conveniently closed for the day. When I suffered all night through discomfort and finally called back the next day they blew me off and told me to take Advil. I ended up having to go to a different emergency dentist due to their hours. I had a massive infection, nerve damage, and had to be cut open again. I was so glad to finally recieve treatment for my pain elsewhere.
