rev:text	My goodness I don't even know where to start this is my 2nd time going to this car wash The 1st time I went to the car wash it was not that bad But this time was ridiculous they will never get money from me again soon as I got there the guys just start vacuuming out the car I had my drink in the cupholder my purse was on the seat my kid was in the backseat so I asked him if he could stop in allow me some time to get my things out of the car...smh So once I seen him getting a little ancy I moved my things to the trunk so I could take my time and get my kid out of the carseat so he came to the truck and started to vacuuming this was at 8:57 in the morning I was the only car there so I did not see the need to rush. So the lady came outside and asked me what kind of wash did I want I told her I wanted the basic wash and she took it upon herself to ring me up for the terrific wash which was $5 more so again I did not say nuthin. I did express my concern about the vacume guys to the lady and she said they are on a time schedule the boss likes to keep them working I told her OK but it's a respect level don't vacuum the car with my children & my personal items in the car she look like she was hung over from the night before so nothing I said registered with her. So the car is getting washed I'm inside checking emails and I promise you not even 15 minutes later they are telling me my car is ready so I had to gather the baby put him in his stroller. I guess I was not moving fast enough for them because by this time a second person came and told me my car was ready and I'm assuming that this guy was the manager and I had to tell him I am a paying customer and I have a child & I have to gather my things. So by this time I am beyond pisssed off I go to my car & it looks good on the outside but the inside is still dusty Its still have juice on the door where my son likes at the shake his cup so the guy said "it's OK" I said no it's not OK for $20 I expected the inside of my car to be clean and again he said "its OK" lol.. so by this point I gathered he did not speak any English. So why I am strapping my son in the carseat, this guy is hovering over me like I owe him money and that asked him did he expect a tip? & again he replied it's OK so I gave him a dollar and told him to get the h*** out of my face ! This place is a complete waste of time and I went 1st thing in the morning so I would not be rushed! my car looks awful I have to go and get something to wipe down inside my self...smh Don't waste our money it's a complete waste of time it's plenty of car washes in Nevada just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else
