Great selection of rolls, but after you have tried all the rolls, they are basically all the same.
Couple of unique ones.
Kitchen food takes forever, but guess that's better than it being cooked in bulk and then left out.
Shrimp tempura was undercooked, batter was half done.
Sushi chefs were rude!! You know when they are cracking up then staring at the tables as the sushi is being served.
The good stuff has a 1 per person limit. That sucks ! The steak skewers ( well, 1 skewer max) are GREAT!!
Cheesecake is usually frozen when it arrives to your table.
Mochi is great,
Overall in vegas sushi kaya is pretty good.
Occasional negative thing here and there.
But it came down to only 4 rolls that I would go back for. Maybe if I was a sashimi fan, it'd be different.
Just my opinion
