  • The medical office has absolutely no clue how to operate business. Last three appointments in 6 month interval were total disasters. I had to wait in a small room for least one hour and without any updating from assistants, I was kept wondering, Am I forgotten in the room? The first one: I was ontime for checking in. I waited in small room for 75 minutes. Then Dr Schlotterback spent just 2 minutes to go thru my checkup. The second appointment I waited in the small room again for solid one hour. When Dr Schlotterback came in the examining room, he did not even read my records before coming in. It was about 4 minutes and then gone. I felt it was such rush. Yesterday (1-26-2016) was my third appt, after waiting more than one hour, I had enough. Just walked out the room and cancel the appt. The medical office including both Drs and assistants did not treat patient respectfully. The office was a assembly lines. The assistants are pretty much like robots. At least they could update me while I was waiting the confined room. Never go back. It was too humiliating!!!! Another important note: the checkin girls are all big and loud mouth when asking Date of Birth in front of 30 patients in the waiting room. It is not right!!!!!
