Had my vehicle at a body shop for a dead pack rat tucked up in the dash of the car. They contracted out the cleaning of the car to jacksons car wash.
The body shop packaged up all of my contents of my car and left them in a bag in the trunk of my car including such items as my registration to my car, insurance cards, etc. The jacksons car wash had possession of my car for 3 days, 3 deodorizing bombs and steam cleaned the floor mats later the body shop gets my car back and ALL of my contents of my car are MISSING!
Now worried about the opportunity for identity theft. I had a bank statement, medical records, registration all of which have now come up missing.
What business did they have besides intent of wrong doing to help them selves to my belongings? What business do they have to be opening up a bag of belongings and decide what to keep or what to dispose of or intent to steal?
Spoke with the manager of the car wash and they are making excuses. Blaming the body shop .
