| - Having now been with another property management company for nearly a year, I can definitely say that Saving Grace was a terrible company to work with. The way they managed our properties was terrible and their communication with us was ALWAYS lacking. We have now finally gotten rid of the last tenants they approved to live in one of our properties. WORST. TENANTS. EVER. I understand they disclose information about the tenants to rental property owners before approving applications, but after dealing with these previous tenants, I wonder how extensive their background checks really are. And because of how vague their contracts are, it took us a lot longer to determine what charges would be classified as normal wear and tear and what would be charged directly to the tenant. Our current property management has contracts that list everything and anything that the tenant or owner will be responsible for; they have always been proactive with everything, and have remained in constant contact with us with any major changes/repairs/etc that our properties have needed...something that, as previously mentioned, Saving Grace never did.
I do have to say, though, that Kyle was very helpful. There were a few misunderstandings that he was quick to explain and fix, and I appreciated his help.
I know when we finally were out of the contract with Saving Grace they were undergoing some changes with their staff, so I can only hope they have improved for the sake of others. But would I ever give them a second chance? Never.
