  • My insurance sucks.. and it sucks bad..I mean it sucks so bad that its cheaper to use no insurance at all! And I have to wait for approval for everything..Well I needed to get my back checked and fixed and didn't want to spend insane amounts of money. I found that my zumba instructor is actually a doc there!! And he advised me to take a look at them, speak with them and see if they could work for me. I called and the staff is simply WONDERFUL. They are friendly, understanding and fun..remember that I am still used to this zombie nurses and evil associates from all other doctors ive seen so I reacted like "what the heck"? "why are they so nice"? Well ..they are because... THEY JUST ARE! They really care about you and know how to talk to patients .even though that sounds simple as common sense it doesn't happen almost anywhere.I am so glad that at Mountain West they understand this and the whole concept of customer service. The facilities are very clean, located very close to me (pecos) and with lots of parking area. The machines and rehabilitation areas within the office are set up in an open space where there is enough room to walk and to not be bumping with each other. The bathrooms are kept clean all the time as well. Price was , it was a great deal. They will work with you and explain you what kind of ways they can work with you if you don't have insurance. Speak with the staff and don't be scared to let them know if you are a cash paying client. Now to the doc part ..Dr Ted is simply awesome. This guy is as friendly and as knowledgable as it gets. Who will sit down and explain you what is wrong with you in a very friendly and easy to understand way?. I had a mini flash class with him at my appointment . That kind of behavior helped me understand what was wrong with me and what did the course of action that the doc was aiming for really meant. It reassured me that Dr Ted was awesome not only at Zumba, but also as a caring professional.Amazing how different one doctor can be from another one. Dr Ted and the whole practice are making a difference not only withing their industry and the fact that they provide excellent medical assistance, but also with how customers should be treated. They understand this and it gets translated into reviews like this one. I am a very satisfied patient. If you need to get your back fixed, some rehab or an awesome chiropractor .
