  • Purchased a new car a few months ago and had a good experience. Returned last week for my first oil change and was very disappointed. When purchasing the car I was lead to believe that the first oil change was free. I received a number of appointment reminders, never discussed the fee for the oil change. Arrived 15 mins early. Total time was just over an hour. Then I found out the cost, $43. Unbelievable, most other places charge half that amount. Doubt if I will ever go back for anything.
