I wish there was a minus zero. If you want to save yourself a lot of time, frustration and money. DO NOT USE COX CABLE for your Internet and TV. Find whatever means possible to not jump in. They lie, they beat you down, they do not put notes in accounts. They just upgrade you and nothing changes. The service is horrible. Then the promotion I had is no longer available so they downgraded my service and charged me $50 more for the privilege of having Cox. After 3 months and the multiple phone calls to resolve a bill that they over changed me $200+ I am now on a call for 3 hours 50 minutes with no end in sight. The Retention Specialist said "Your account was set up wrong." "They took you off of a promotion that I can't get you back on" So I get to pay more for less service! He promised to stay on the line to get me back to Tech department to issue a credit. Guess what, he did not stay on the line. And the Tech person says..."What can I help you with?" After 10 minutes with her, she says there is nothing I can do in this department. You have to go to billing. The worst.
