  • I wish I had seen the previous review prior to going into contract with this company. I too had a terrible and costly experience with these "Investors" although their website indicates that their business model is to provide families with "like-new" homes at Below market value was far from that with my case. They cancelled the escrow contract I had on one of their properties because they would not adjust/lower their price to the appraised price. Which completely contradicts their statement in their website. I do not recommend this company.
