  • We did not enjoy being talked down to after going to the second pick-up window instead of the first - as if we committed some crime. The pay window employee did not tell us which one to go to, so we chose the second one. The employee told us that next time we need to go to the first one for future reference. Thankfully, we'll never be here again.
