  • This was our second experience with Floors N More. The first job they completed for us a few years ago turned out great. This experience was terrible and I'm hoping to save someone else from going through the same pain we experienced hiring them. We hired them to install tile in our master bath. The installation was done so poorly it had to be entirely removed and redone. We had chipped tile, tile which was pieced together because it was mismeasured and the entire layout was poor. They were also to raise the carpet where it met the tile and did not do that correctly the first time either. The installers were hours late on more than one occasion. What should have been a 2 day job lasted over a month with at least 7 days of inconvenience because they couldn't do anything right the first time. They also did not itemize their quote and tried to tell us later that work we agreed upon was not in the original contract.
