  • STAY AWAY!!! The customer service and lack of organization at this facility ruined a nice Mother's Day. After unapolagetically messing up our appointment times, they were unwilling to do much to help. They shuffled some things around, reduced the time of our services but would barely reduce the extremely inflated mother's day cost even given their mistakes. They went as far as to tell me after they reduced the cost slightly they would no longer give my Mom the wine and chocolate she was promised as a gift at check-in. I could have paid the same price to go to a REAL spa and have exquisite service and facilities. Save your money and go somewhere else and save the hassle of this wannabe spa!
