  • Loved the store and purchase experience, but HATE the delivery service for totally failing to hit a 3 hour window. Furthermore, after sitting for 3 hours, no notification that they are running late, or updated delivery info. I am at 4+ hours and still no sign of the delivery guys. Do the guys get a copy of the delivery schedule? My recommendation for future purchases. Get in writing that the three hour window is guaranteed or delivery is free!
