  • I don't typically write reviews on hotels, however I had such a positive experience at the Cleveland Sheraton Airport Hotel, I felt compelled. Now, let me start off by saying this hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but my guest experience I would rate 5 stars. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating spanning from my checkin to checkout. The security guard/concierge/bellman went out of his way to accommodate my shuttles, the front desk staff provided me with additional toiletries that I had forgotten, the bartender was attentive and friendly, and multiple people stopped me in the elevators/halls to verify I was enjoying my stay. The food in the restaurant was better than average, and the workout facility was awesome for a hotel of it's size. The front desk helped accommodate an early checkin and late checkout and at no time did I feel like I was inconveniencing anyone. Lastly, the convenience to the airport is great if you don't have to go into the city, which I didn't. The noise from the airport didn't bother me, but for someone sensitive to that type of thing it's worth mentioning.
