| - First, let me say that I have been involved in sales my entire life... I have been surrounded by it with my family and personally have always been involved in sales in one way, shape or form whether its direct, marketing, financial, etc... I am EXTREMELY critical on this and rarely even write responses or reviews because I know I am a bit unfair on my standards... For me to take the time to write this, says a lot... I can say, this was the type of experience that I do not forget, in the most positive of way... First I look at my entrance... I was not bombarded or made to feel uncomfortable as many places make you feel as if you cannot even look without giving your life story first... That did not occur here... I was greeted with a pleasant smile and left to look at mattresses with my wife as we needed to discuss things ALONE, which we were allowed to do... Then I introduced myself to Kevin, the sales manager of the floor... I will tell you why I am writing this review and it is because of him... The quality of mattresses speaks for themselves (take a look at the price tag LOL) however when you are made to feel as comfortable as he made us feel, that is of no concern... Not only did he steer me away from spending extra money that was unnecessary (although I bought the second most expensive mattress in the store) but he was a person that I flat out knew I could trust... I know he is there to make money, as is anyone with sales, but to see that someone truly cared about the customers needs FIRST as opposed to just making a quick sale, is more than comforting... It is the type of situation where i would have paid extra just to buy from him as opposed to someone I did not like nor trust... He gave me a tremendous deal... He tried his best to accommodate all of our needs, with the mattress, the financial side, etc... and made the process as smooth as can be... Then, to top it off, he got me same day SUNDAY DELIVERY... He knew we wanted it asap, had the truck delivery actually wait for us to get out of Church, and the bed was delivered within hours... That is completely unheard of... I will never get a mattress anywhere else nor will I recommend anywhere else but here... Kevin is great in every aspect and the store is extremely clean, comforting and of the highest quality... There are so many furniture stores you go in to and you can just tell they have second hand trash they are charging double for etc... This is not the case here... Top quality products, service and cleanliness... I cannot say enough in the positive aspect for the entire experience... Not to mention that the bed is incredible... I actually called Kevin the next day and said "Kevin, we have a big problem with the bed" He was concerned but I cut him off and said, "the problem is that I can't get out of it!!" i heard an uproar of laughter... Just a great experience that I will definitely remember and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for everyone...
