Poor customer service! I scheduled my appointment about 1.5 weeks out. I arrive to the location, text the person for their suite number and she tells me she is double booked and asked if I could come back.
If you're managing your schedule properly you would've ONE made sure you weren't 2x booked and TWO called or texted me to see if I could reschedule. The location is 20 mins from home without traffic. Now its 6pm and I'm stuck in Vegas traffic on 95...terrible customer service. Will be requesting a refund from groupon because of the poor customer service and lack of communication skills.
