  • It is difficult to find a company that's competent at their craft, makes me feel safe to have them work on my house, and doesn't make me feel taken advantage of when it's time to figure the bill. I'm so glad a friend referred me to Apple. No matter how I might ramble on the phone, the folks in the office understand what I'm getting at and everyone teams up to meet my needs for scheduling/rescheduling, records with multiple addresses (I'm a property manager as well as a homeowner), etc. Grant is not just polite and knowledgeable, he works hard to use his time efficiently so that I don't get charged more than is necessary, which is something I really appreciate.
