  • Well don't know about the business because they were going to give me an estimate this morning at 730. We got up at 700 and let out dogs out and sat down in the living room to wait the estimate. At 818am husband got a text reading "mr Byrd we were at your house at 720 and put your newspaper by your front door with our business card, have a great day, eclipse solar screens". Husband responded "did you not ring the bell we've been waiting" and we have gotten no response to that. We're we supposed to go stand outside by the road at the appt time?Yall don't ring the bell or knock on the door?! Very disappointed. In response to his response. Doorbell wasn't rang. That said why would I reschedule when we got up at 7 on a Saturday for the appt? That wasn't kept. Obviously Yall came ... But putting the business card on my paper by the front door stunk. I really wanted to get the screens done and we need it done pretty quick that's why we made the appt so quick from yesterday. Probably good service from your company BUT I won't know because text wasn't ever responded to. Smh
