Customer service has been on point the two times I've gone and will keep going. You are greeted upon arrival in the store and asked if you need any help. They use fit id technology to scan your feet to get a 3d image and profile (length of each feet, arch of each feet, and so on) so they know how to fit you for things which is super cool and they keep your info on hand so you only do it once - you also get an email. There is no more running on a treadmill or guessing. They also do a ton of events including a monthly one where they do a gait analysis for free and am hoping to get to them.
