I've previously lost 53lbs on another weight loss program that took me something like 18-20 months to do. After a small medical scare, I allowed my weight to creap up & up & up but there was no way I wanted to go back to where I was. I'm an instant gratification type of person & was just not wanting to go through another year & a half to get back to where I need/should be. In comes Red Mountain to help me. I was a pit concerned that I be "sold" to loose more weight than I even wanted thinking that it would be all about the $ for a business that's about lossing weight. To my utter surprise & delight that wasn't the case at all --- the suggested weight loss was based off of sound medical numbers. I went with the RM3 plan & just one week in have already lost 8 lbs!!!
Questions I had before my appt was cost of the program. No, it's not cheap. First month was $474. But for an instant gratification person & already down 8 lbs, SO worth it.
Other item friends/family/co-workers keep asking: aren't you hungry on that restricted diet? Answer is simple - NO! I've been tracking my calories each day & have stayed under 500 calories each day (except 1 @ 800 calories) & have not been hungry at all. Again, it's week one so we'll see how it continues but I can't see any reason to think it would change.
If you're putting off trying RM3, stop & just go do it. Not to mention you get discount coupons for your next spa services - can't wait to try those out!
