  • I thought I would get a hand job. Ha, but seriously I wanted a hand wash and when the guy called me saying that my car was ready. I thought, well this is my first time here, I should do a quick walk around. There were water spots every where! At first I was showing him and he was wiping them off, but then there was just too many and I thought if I have to tell you to wipe every F'in water spot, I expect to be paid for consulting. The inside was not vaccumed like they said it would be, and there was a 1"x2" blob of pink wax or soap on the center of the hood. Like come on, where the hell is the quality control! And the OWNER Eddie was on site! Eddie get your shit together. I am not coming back, your prices might be ok, but your workers and service BLOWS ASS. I work hard for my money and expect the service that I am paying for to be performed! If you want people to return screw the punch card for a free car wash, how about just good old fashion great service! I would rather spend a little more and drive a little further to Jackson Car wash in Tempe. They have AMAZING SERVICE!
