  • My husband purchased an iced Chai tea latte, which turned out the be a placed iced latte. I returned to the store with my recent to get the correct drink made. The staff seemed very bothered to remake it, no one apologized for the inconvenience or mix up. I very much felt like I was a jerk for asking for the correct drink. I will not be returning to this Einstein's.
