I booked my car to have a safety recall service done over the phone with the service dept. When I attempted to drop my car off at the dealership they told me that there was no openings and they could not get me in even though I had a scheduled appointment. The person that was telling me this found it more important to blame the person I spoke to on the phone than to apologize or to try to figure out a solution to the problem.
if it was just an oil change or windshield wiper I really wouldn't care but the fact that the paper I got in the mail states that metal shards can shoot out of my airbag and injure me makes me think that should be a priority!
Also good luck trying to get a phone call back I have called 2-3 times leaving voicemails and have not received one phone call back.
Take your business elsewhere.
