  • If anyone has bought a vehicle from AutoNation Chevy on Bell I have to say my experience was great with the sales team I had. However, the Service Department can kiss my a**. Today was the first and last time I will ever go there. In a nutshell I was just buying the locking lug nuts and wanted them installed. The service agents are basically in their own world and you first speak to a lot lizard and he bounces from agent to agent to see who wants to deal with you. Finally got a lady who I said I just needed these installed and she promptly said "if I can find someone that's not at lunch" in a not as friendly tone as I thought I would get, not a pissy tone just off putting. I basically ended up speaking to the new Service Manager who assured me this is not how they do things. Ok, not a problem, maybe just one of those days. Get my car back, open my door, my fresh pack of cigarettes that I had in my car door are gone. I look all over and nope, gone. Now, I have been going to Midway Chevy for roughly 10 years with buying and getting my vehicles serviced, not ONE D*MN THING EVER STOLEN! I called over the agent and service manager and told them "I am never coming back to this f***ing service department again." Moral of story. Buy a car, go to Zack Becker. Service your car, go somewhere else!
