  • 4 techs and 6 service calls later, I am out $2,700 with ZERO results from Precision Air. Despite having courteous techs, they lack the technical expertise they advertise. After explaining to them that what they did was not working, a new technician would come by and "diagnose" a new problem requiring major work and of course $$$$. After the 6th visit they admitted they should have thoroughly checked the actual A/C unit, which was then discovered to be the main issue. This new visit would require additional major work from a new technician to finally fix the problem. I had heard this before and could not trust them. Please do yourself a favor and use another company to service your A/C issues. Or AT LEAST get a second opinion before you trust their advice. I think there are plenty of A/C companies that do initial visits for free. If you must use them, I suggest talking to one main technician because they like to bounce you around from manager to manager so no one takes ownership for their poor results.
