  • As an owner of 4 pets (I think that's one away from zoo status) I can say that I have always been impressed with the service received here. Unlike other posters, I don't think the prices are out of line compared to what I've paid in Ontario in the past. I like that the vets here clearly are interested in the animals. They remember little things about them that aren't written in the files. They always give options and costs so you can make an informed choice. They have in fact given me opportunities to save money when they didn't have to. I also like how I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Recently I was there and an irate customer, who was in the wrong, was yelling at them about confusion over appointment times. The front desk lady handled herself very well and was calm and collected. A follow up call was placed to the customer later in my visit and the professionalism continued even though he had been somewhat abusive. I think they offer fair prices and great service and that's what matters to me for my pets.
