  • 110 degrees outside and our AC isn't working. We have a 3 year old and pets so obviously we need help. Called at 230pm and was told we would have a tech out by 8pm. Ok it's Sunday, we can deal with that. Well it is 1115pm and nobody is here. I've called their office 4 times and they "don't know what is going on" and they have paged the tech, but don't know what is happening. They put me on hold and after 10 minutes I gave up. I ended up calling another company and as I am writing this review, I just got notified that the new company is on the way. Within 20 minutes! ACE is garbage. Don't use them.
