  • Called with a last minute emergency. My whole house's water was completely backed up. Water was filling up both my bathtubs and my shower. Water was all over my new floors and getting into the carpet. Called DMS plumbing. Christina took my call and was very helpful. She asked where the backups were and immediately dispatched a plumber to come out. Doug the technician was here within 30 minutes of a friggin Saturday. Awesome. I was freaking out because I needed to leave tonight and couldn't have my house full of dirty water. He quickly diagnosed that there was a clog in the main sewer line which is why the whole house was backed up. He gave me a reasonable estimate and got to work. Took his time and made sure the clog was removed. Went back in again and made sure. I give this company my highest recommendation. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. 5/5
